NAME

mu-mkmdir - create a new maildir

SYNOPSIS

mu-mkmdir [options] [maildir]

DESCRIPTION

mu-mkmdir creates a new maildir, ie. a new directory with subdirectories new, tmp and cur.

OPTIONS

--mode=, -m <mode> set the filemode as in chmod(1).

Also, common options, such as --version exists. See mu(5) for details. However, most of the common options have no effect for mu-mkmdir.

NOTE: Making a maildir is not atomic; if mu-mkmdir exits abnormally, a partial maildir may be created. For safety reasons, mu-mkdir does not try to remove anything.
