XmCreatePanedWindow --- The PanedWindow widget creation function
SYNOPSIS

Widget parent,
String name,
ArgList arglist,
Cardinal argcount);
DESCRIPTION
XmCreatePanedWindow creates an instance of a PanedWindow
widget and returns the associated widget ID.
