NAME

vps.conf - configuration file for an OpenVZ container.

SYNOPSIS

/etc/vz/conf/XXX.conf

DESCRIPTION

This is a configuration file for a container. It is stored as /etc/vz/conf/CTID.conf, where CTID is the numeric ID of the given container.

Configuration file consists of lines in the form

PARAMETER="value"

All parameter names and values are case-sensitive. Quotes surrounding a value are required if value contains spaces, and are optional otherwise. Extra spaces are not allowed. All unrecognized lines will be ignored.

Please note that the file is created/modified by the vzctl(8) command with the set --save arguments, therefore changes to this file made otherwise than by vzctl(8) can be lost during the next vzctl run.

The meaning of each parameter is described in vzctl(8), so here only the appropriate vzctl set option is given.
